Investigation work on a hydraulic structure

RockSolid was recently commissioned by Ambatovy Minerals to analyse a water retention structure that was leaking at its base. The material resistivity measurements carried out on the dam highlighted the areas of water transit, enabling remediation options to be discussed and designed.

Groundwater survey in limestone and karstic area

RockSolid has participated to an extensive hydrogeological study of the area between Andranovory and Toliara in southwestern Madagascar. This limestone area has no surface water and a deep regional aquifer showing karstic development. Groundwater exploitation in the area is known to be complicated.
